Xp psiphon is a combination of vpn apps and handler developed by The HandlerUI Project leaded by DZEBB.
The team came up with the idea of using the Finch VPN and HTTP INJECTOR as model to this app project to provide pinoys with internet freedom and internet connection encryption.
With the team also are Rommel de Torre for the IP Hunter, Helyx for the VPN Tethering tool, Ramivlus Anito for Zybergraph and ZyberPH Developers and staffs.

After installing XP Psiphon, open it and denied the app to send messages.
